Egg Stuff

• Ingredients
• 1 loaf of white bread
• mozzarella
• cheddar
• 6 eggs
• milk
• mustard powder
• 1 scallion
• corn flakes
• butter
• Recipe
• Grease a 9" x 13" pan. Cover the bottom with 2 alternating layers of bread and cheese from the amounts below.
• 1 loaf of white bread, crusts removed
• 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
• 2 cups cheddar (224g), shredded
• Mix together:
• 6 eggs
• 3 cups milk (720g)
• ¹/₂ tsp mustard powder
• 1 scallion, bunch, chopped
• Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
• In the morning, combine:
• 3 cups corn flakes
• ¹/₃ cup butter (75g), melted
• Sprinkle the topping loosely over the top and cover with foil. Bake at 315 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until it bubbles up the sides. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Note: You can substitute breadcrumbs for corn flakes and garlic for scallions.
