Almond Cake

• Ingredients
• butter
• sugar
• 2 eggs
• salt
• vanilla extract
• almond extract
• flour
• sugar
• almonds

• Grease the sides and bottom of a springform pan.
• In a bowl, combine:
• ³/₄ cup butter (168g), melted
• 1¹/₂ cups sugar (315g)
• Add and stir until creamy:
• 2 eggs
• Stir in:
• ¹/₂ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1¹/₂ tsps almond extract
• 1¹/₂ cups flour (192g)
• For topping:
• Spread the batter in the pan. Sprinkle on:
• 1 tbsp sugar (13g)
• ³/₄ cup almonds, sliced
• Bake for 40 minutes.
