• baking powder
• salt
• 3 eggs
• sunflower oil

• Recipe
• Preheat waffle iron. Whisk together in a large bowl:
• 1³/₄ cups flour (254g)
• 1 tbsp sugar (14g)
• 1 tbsp baking powder (13g)
• ¹/₂ tsp salt
• Whisk together in a separate bowl:
• 3 eggs (150g), well-beaten
• ¹/₂ cup sunflower oil
• 1¹/₂ cups milk (364g)
• Make a well in the center of the dry mixture. Pour in the wet ingredients and whisk together briskly with a few strokes, just until combined. Batter should be a little lumpy. Spoon 1/2 cup of batter into waffle iron at a time and bake until golden brown. Keep warm in 200-degree oven until ready to serve. Serve with maple syrup and butter.
