Cinnamon Twists

• Ingredients
• 2 butter
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 sour cream
• flour
• sugar
• cinnamon
• chopped nuts

• 2 butter, sticks
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 sour cream, small container
• 3 cups flour (384g)
• Cream butter in mixer. Add egg yolks and sour cream, and beat together. Mix in flour. Form into 10 balls and refrigerate overnight.
• 1 cup sugar (210g)
• 2 tbsps cinnamon
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• Place 2 heaping tbsp. of sugar mixture on board. Flatten one ball of dough on mixture, then flip and flatten on other side. Roll each ball into a circle and cut into pie-shaped pieces. Roll outside-inward (like crescent rolls). Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 min. Remove immediately after baking to prevent sugar from sticking.
