Spinach Cheddar Casserole

• 1 frozen spinach
• 4 eggs
• salt
• pepper
• onions
• 1 cottage cheese
• sharp cheddar
• flour
• dill
• Recipe
• Thaw and drain:
• 1 frozen spinach, 10-oz. pkg., thawed and drained
• Beat together in a large bowl:
• 4 eggs
• ³/₄ tsp salt
• ¹/₂ tsp pepper
• Stir in:
• 1 cup onion (140g), chopped
• 1 cottage cheese, 16-oz. container
• 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
• ¹/₄ cup flour (32g)
• 1 tbsp dill, or garlic if you prefer
• Grease an 8 inch square (or similar size) glass baking dish. Pour in the mixture, spread evenly, and bake for approximately 45 minutes, until the center is firm and the top is golden.
