Baked Oatmeal

• Ingredients
• rolled oats
• brown sugar
• raisins
• walnuts
• baking powder
• 1 egg
• milk
• applesauce
• butter
• Recipe
• Combine in a large bowl:
• 2 cups rolled oats (162g)
• ¹/₂ cup brown sugar (96g)
• ¹/₃ cup raisins (53g)
• 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Combine in a medium bowl:
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1¹/₂ cups milk (360g)
• ¹/₂ cup applesauce
• 2 tbsps butter (28g), melted
• Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
