• butter
• cocoa powder
• sugar
• 2 eggs
• vanilla extract
• flour
• salt
• Recipe
• Grease an 8" x 8" x 2" pan.
• In the microwave, melt:
• ¹/₂ cup butter (112g)
• Transfer the butter to the stand mixer, then whisk in:
• ¹/₂ cup cocoa powder (40g)
• Whisk in until well blended:
• 1 cup sugar (210g)
• One at a a time, add and beat well:
• 2 eggs
• Stir in:
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¹/₂ cup flour (64g)
• ¹/₄ tsp salt
• Spread in the greased pan and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
