• 2 eggs
• vanilla extract

• In a large bowl, cream until light and fluffy:
• 1 cup butter (224g), softened
• ¹/₂ cup brown sugar (96g), packed
• 2 cups sugar (420g)
• One at a time, blend in:
• 2 eggs
• Beat in:
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• In a large bowl, combine:
• 3³/₄ cups flour (480g)
• 2 tsps baking powder (10g)
• ¹/₈ tsp salt
• Gradually beat in the flower mixture.
• Remove half the dough, then beat into the remaining:
• ¹/₄ cup cocoa powder
