Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

• Ingredients
• creamy peanut butter
• sugar
• 1 egg
• chocolate chips
• sea salt
• rainbow sprinkles
• Recipe
• Mix together in a large bowl:
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter (256g)
• 1 cup sugar (210g)
• 1 egg
• ¹/₂ cup chocolate chips (112g), about a handful
• Use a fork to press the cookies, then sprinkle with:
• ¹/₈ tsp sea salt, a pinch
• Optionally, you can add:
• 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles
• Bake for 10 minutes.
• Let cool for 15 minutes.
